The 8th March 2016 marked International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women.
This year the VEC collaborated with Liverpool Women in Science (LivWISE) to host an event at our new facility at the University of Liverpool. The evening saw a fantastic mix of both students and academics from the University who experienced several presentation and lots of interactive, fully immersive virtual demos.
